Most likely Manhattan. That version of doomsday was nerfed. Even then he isn't the best kind of enemy for doomsday.

Manhattan could probably just, like, turn him into a completely different form of inanimate matter that could never adapt. We all like to rag on Manhattan here, but I'd still say he would beat any or almost any incarnation of Doomsday. It's a mismatch.

Interesting match-up.

Dr. Manhattan destroyed tank and disintegrated people – normal people. How that ability will affect invulnerable characters like Superman and Doomsday (will that affect them at all) was never really explored.

Now, Doomsday. Blunt force attacks not gonna work on Manhattan, he can turn himself intangible or, if his quantum body is actually destroyed, reconstruct himself from scratch. But with some possibility DD’ energy absorbing can damage Manhattan’s integrity.

So, this fight can go either way or end in stalemate imo.

Doomsday can`t hurt Manhattan? Maybe, he has a slight chance. BUT, nor Manhattan could damage Doomsday. Why? He doesn`t have feats to prove this. He desintegrated a tank and normal people. So, I`d say statelment

@jonez_: Actually by 'stalemate', I was referring to the fact neither can really hurt one and another. Doomsday cannot hurt an energy being and Manhattan hasn't destroyed anything harder than a tank, so we cannot simply assume he will be able to hurt doomsday in any way from which he cannot come back from.

I suppose BFR could work, if OP counts that as a victory.

What feats does he need? He's got subatomic particle manipualtion, this is his power, he controls atoms and he's got feats of controlling atoms, if Doomsday is made of atoms he can hurt him.

He needs feats to justify him manipulating or transmuting the atoms of someone as durable as Doomsday. Having control over atoms does not mean he has absolute control or mastery over them. Not unless he proves it with feats.

OK but he's not shown or stated that there's any limit to what atoms or the quantity he can control either so the assumption that he couldn't hurt Doomsday is false just the same way. Doomsday cannot hurt him, that's a fact, whether Dr Manhattan can hurt him though is open to interpretation, the way his character is written though, leads me to believe that he can do just about anything with his atomic manipulation.

Manhattan BFRs, without BFR it's a stalemate. Manhattan's best feat is atomizing a tank, he is not atomizing Doomsday. Manattan himself stated he has limits.

Manhattan could transmutate assault him, bfr assault him or simply sway him out of existence.

Teleporting Doomsday to the Moon or in an orbit around Mars should count as a win, and this he can do NO problem at all.

It would suck so much for Doomsday to orbit around Mars forever.
