i don't think there is no point adding characters without no powers in these matchups. So im pretty sure OP meant the version of Strange with the power. So, still I say team 1 takes this with ease.
Current Fate doesn't impress me to be honest. He got trashed pretty badly by Brutaal and Strange would be powerless. Before the Magic is Dead Arc was Strange still "Sold my Soul Strange" or was he "Black Priest Strange"?
Neither. All that's pretty much erased post Secret Wars. He was at his normal Sorcerer Supreme power levels.

Yep, although I wonder if the words will ever come back up again. Currently he's looking for the last remaining magic that is hiding, perhaps he'll rediscover the power (or remember it) and that will help him turn the tide.
Also, ecstaticgrace, he was technically never "sold my soul Strange." His plan to do that fell through so he found an alternative method to gain power by finding a demon and absorbing it.
