Then unless Dr.Doom has some high end reality warping gadgets, I think Eggman takes this.

@mrmark: He does have those kind of gadgets. Or at least he should by now. I know his magic is too much for any of Eggmans robots to take.

I hate to say it but Doom stomps.

Give Eggman a chaos emerald and you've got more of a battle, although Doom would probably still take that.

Doom slaughters under these conditions.

Round 1: Doom punches Egg outside of the armor and he still kills him. Oneshotting lions FTW.

Round 2: Even more of a curbstomp. 5 minutes = 5 years with Doom. Not an exaggeration considering time manipulation. OP needs to specify more. All gear could mean Infinity Gauntlet.
