Both from team one are just as smart as Dr.Fate if not smarter
Even if they are smarter, it doesn't matter. With just one hour, they can not summon the power enough to take down Dr Fate. Its like saying Batman will take down Hulk in an hour because he is smarter. They don't start at the same level.
Since forum rules state unless otherwise stated it's most recent versions that makes this Kent V Fate. He's not known for "prep" but he does have the distinct advantage that the Helm gives him any knowledge he needs by him just being open to it. In essence like Cosmic Awareness. He will therefore be aware of anything his opponents are bringing to the party. With More Prepe I'd say Doom could build mystical power enough to contend with fate but not one hour. Plas has a very distinct durability advantage over Reed also ( in fact I see no way for either on team one to take him down)
