Nabu for the win. He is a Lord of Order, a magical entity that has an almost complete mastery of magic. He has successfully faught demons, Lords of Chaos and gods in the past. His spells were sufficiently strong to draw power (without permission) from Highfather, Darkseid, Entrigan and Orion and then to bind and direct that energy to destroy an entire dimension. Although he was defeated by the Spectre, he enaged it in battle while the Spectre was under the influence of Kulaan (I think that's his name).
