BFR stand for Battle Field Removal. This term is used when a character has an ability that puts another character out of action in a battle. An example of BFR is when Superman had to BFR Doomsday in their first battle way back when.  He couldn't defeat Doomsday so he had to drop him in a lake. This is a good example of BFR. Although it's not a permenant one, it allowed Superman to win that initial confrontation fo the moment and do some other things(like save that woman and her child.) "

Doomsday goes down

Any number of ways.

Law could use Shambles, Sugar could turn him into a toy, Moria could cut his shadow, Boa Hancock could turn him into stone, Kuma could BFR him, Bonney could de-age him, Giolla can turn him into art, etc.

nup... the series have many hax actually.. which can render a super brick like doomsday, useless without BFRing him.. or killing him

jewelry bonny can reduce his age and make him an infant

trafalgar law can divide the 'space' within his body and use 'shambles'.. this ability defies durability.. as it manipulates and divides the 'space' within molecules.. doesn't actually cut the body (the person is still alive and perfectly healthy despite of being in shambled pieces)

boa hancock can turn him into stone

sugar can turn him into a toy

giolla can turn him into a piece of art.. like a picture.. or maybe a sculpture.

Too many no limit fallacies in One Piece to tell for sure.

There is no telling whether the hobi hobi no mi or others could stick on someone as strong as Doomsday.

no it doesn't... but the flying hearts needs to connect the target... and i don't think doomsday would be trying to dodge such silly things instead of tanking them.

But doomsday DOES have a heavy resistance to magic. Are the devil fruits magic? Who knows?

Doomsday will just adapt. He also has extreme speed feats.

"Strong Haki user can make Vegetable out of him" Nope. Skin stronger than a Kryptonians. No one is cutting him.

"Kuma can BFR him but this is forbidden" Nothing Kuma does will affect Doomsday.

"Moria can steel his shadow and he will die under sunlight (but he will come back i guess)" He'll have to catch him first. And since Doomsday is a purely instinctual being he will go straight for the kill. Doomsday has caught the Flash mid run, so Moria will never see him coming.

"Boa Hencoc can turn him to stone he will not die but he will lose" Her power only works if you feel lust. Doomsday doesn't feel anything but hate. (Although somehow she can turn Pacifistas into stone. Not sure how but it appears she needs to touch them. Fortunately for Doomsday, he doesn't let anyone get close)

And bringing in Sugar is pointless. Doomsday is always blood lusted and he lives to slaughter. She has to touch him to actually affect him, and he will speed blitz everyone. Men, women, children alike.

Only beings he doesn't instantly fodderize are Logia users, specifically the Admirals. On the other hand, they can't hurt him either. Doomsday was fighting Superman inside a volcano and both were covered in magma, so Akainu is useless. Doomsday withstood Superman's freeze breath and Captain Cold's gun, which is absolute zero, so Aokiji is useless as well. Kizaru's beams are nothing Doomsday hasn't seen before. And remember they can only turn intangible with reaction time. Doomsday's reaction time is much faster than anyone in One Piece thus far. He's caught the Flash.

Long story short, Doomsday slaughterstomps. Assuming he doesn't speed blitz, he'll just crack the Earth in half and kill everyone on it.
