Donna didn't show much but from little she did I say she clearly have the first shot to win. Deathstroke will do better by being sneaky and set some traps maybe, do some ranged attacks and such, I don't think he can win a direct fight with her
Donna's only feat is sucker punch one shotting Kori, who doesn't really have any durability feats that I remember. At least not on Slade's level. Slade would win from range, or up close. That being said, Donna would most likely be a few tiers above Slade after she starts getting some feats.
@rbt: It's at least reasonable to place her above the strength if everyone in the Nuclear Famiky as well. Nkt saying it makes a difference or anything. Skillwise, it zeems clear she's near nightwing
