@shadow411: He does have some feats that could allow him to defeat MCU Thor. He is an atom manipulator and created a glass structure on the structure of Mars. He later brought Silk Spectre II to Mars and also created oxygen for her to breath. He has also walked on the surface of the sun and can see events in milliseconds.

In a battle, Dr. Manhattan can create a oxygen deprived sphere around Thor and make him suffocate. Thor would not be able to harm because of his intangibility. He can also grab Thor and teleport into the sun, killing him.

Well, MCU Thor has shown feats of breathing in space (IW). And he’s survived an exploding star, don’t know how he’d do in one lol but that was also before Stormbreaker which transcended a universal weapon! So I’m not so sure Manhattans intangibility wouldn’t be the only thing he has going for him. Outside that, I don’t see anything he could do

@shadow411: True and this is where I am confused about the MCU. He survived Thanos attack and was floating in space unconscious but later in the movie he is talking to Rocket in space. But my point was that he could suck the air around him and just render him unconscious.

He did survive the heat from an artificial star but it nearly killed him and that is why I feel like the heat and gravity of the sun would kill him for sure.
