Thor vs Manhattan would be the final match, but I havent seen anything from the movies to make me say thor can beat him. And Thor in the movies isnt relly a "God"Doc wins.

If Ozymandias could find a way to hurt him, than surely the combined brain power of Tony Stark and Bruce Banner could find a way to permanently kill him, especially considering they have resources from SHIELD, Stark Industries, and even Asgard.

Hmmm, good point. The only possible problem I see is that Ozymandias knew him very well and had years to subtly trick Manhattan, I don't know if the Avengers brains would be able to come up with something unnoticed that Manhattan couldn't stop. Maybe though...still good point.

Ozy had years to study Manhattan's power, and still only slowed him down for, like, 5 minutes.

Avengers, Manhattan has shown only the ability to manipulate known materials and his power levels are largely hypothetical. he is a fantastic matter manipulator but its none of these things are new to the avengers who have a plethora more experience in this type of scenario. so ya, manhattan could take out PLENTY of members of the avengers given the lack of prep, but those like Thor have to be considered at or above the level of manhattan with his feats, durability, versatility and most importantly proven resistance to matter manipulation, would pose a problem.

@mrmonster: Hurt him? He just got rid of him a couple of minutes, he was perfectly fine afterwards, reforming himself what's literally the first thing he had to do after the accident to come back.

Hell his line "the world's smartest man poses no more threat to me than does it's smartest termite" comes right after coming back after he was "hurt" by Ozy.
