There's already been a crossover between the Marvel Universe and the Star Wars Universe... Marvel already makes the Star Wars comics so why not? Palpatine dominated the entire Fight... The only Offense that Doom got in was like a punch to the stomach and like that was it.
Palpatine only ever showed any relevant control over his Force Storms after amping himself for years on Byss. He isn't making use of them in this fight. His speed feat of fighting faster than Anakin can see was retconned by the RoTS movie and his feat of blitzing the Masters was retconned to him having slowed their reactions with a telepathic haze. His domination of Byss was a feat of years of prep and assistance, and slowly accumulating stolen power and raising the population of Byss slowly, and was done by energy Palpatine dispersed over the planet and not him personally. Doom's actuality shield would one-shot Palpatine's Essence Transfer, even if it could possess him in the first place. Internal TK gets countered by Doom's ability to survive without organs and heal himself magically. Doom's draining abilities make Palpatine's look cute.
