Doctor Doom uses his Ovoid Mind Transfer on Composite Superman ( Pre-Crisis version ) and gaines full control over his body .
Brainiac possesses Doomsday's body ( as in Doomsday Wars ) . 
Two geniuses in the bodies of nearly unbeatable opponents are coming at each other for the control over DC's Earth .
So ? Would the DC Earth become a new Latveria or would it turn into a new Coluan base ?

Doom is probably the overall smartest person on Marvel earth. He's just behind Richards in scientific knowledge, and just behind Strange in magic knowledge.

Composite Superman alone would be able to take out both members of team 2. Adding Doom to his already immense power set is too much.

Brainiac As Doomsday.

So Braniac has lots of knowledge, he has several planets worth of wikipedias in his head, doesn't mean he's as intelligent as Doom.
