Eh, I have my doubts since that Dr.Doom was strong enough to block punches from the hulk and was as tank a punch. He literally one shotted Hulk and most of the avengers & F4, which is something Supes can't do.

Doom curbs the avengers and the justice league at the same time.

After watching the Doom fight again, I'm inclined to agree with you. Doom wasn't even trying against them.
