Short of time traveling and making a deal with pre-retcon Beyonder, they're not approaching LT's level.

They can win with that amount of prep.

What about the Beyonders? Couldn’t Doom become God Doom like he has before? There is also the Monado’s from the Xenoblade universe to consider. The Chaos Heart from Paper Mario to consider. The M’Kraan Crystal should also not be ignored. The Undertake universe could help them to get to multiversal levels to if they go down that genocide route and keeping the human souls. The Master Emeralds and Chaos Emeralds should be considered.

I’m really trying to go through my archives of powerful artifacts that caused people to go multiversal levels. XD

Edit: I’m actually trying because we know that the Living Tribunal and Spectre aren’t untouchable. So I think there should be more thinking about how we can create a contextual situation that can help Doom and Richards to win this. Because the OP is obviously keeping the Tribunal and Spectre from interfering for at least 50 years with access to all universes and dimensions of fiction.
