I would say the metroids as they can fly and compete with beings who are the size of large buildings like mother brain

@avengingknight: Do those DNAliens have resistance against energy draining? Otherwise that would be the quickest way to get rid of them

No they dont

Then they are screwed considering that Metroids can drain powerful beings like Ridley and Mother Brain

I think the Metroids would take this pretty handily. I think the Metroids are just more powerful and versatile, but the DNAliens may have the advantage in intelligence. That being said, I do find it kind of funny that the DNAliens have a weakness to heat and the Metroids have a weakness to cold.
