2) Their reserves of chakra were low but that doesn't translate to weaker stats. Sasuke normally has lower reserves than even 50% Naruto (He even fought Naruto who only had half of Kurama) and he's still in the same speed tier.

I disagree. Boruto used a surprise attack that hit momoshiki but it did nothing. Then he used clones and they were one shotted effortlessly and Boruto reacted to one attack of Momoshiki which was by using the Jougan. Other than that, Boruto didn't physically keep up with Momoshiki at all.

Nope, clearly inaccurate. He didn't even see naruto approaching. Naruto passes from his side to the front of the train, that's when he realises that something just passed from his side. And we don't even know if Naruto went at full speed.
Also, it is important to realise that the train was extremely near the border of the land of fire, and the leaf village lies at the centre of the land of fire. Thus, Naruto ran half the distance of a large country.

@xyzen: Raditz is only weak af to DBZ standards, to Naruto he is a low God tier. Can casually destroy a moon and has low-mid relativistic combat speed.

This Bardock fought an entire Army of Raditz like Soldiers (Frieza's henchmen) and survived them. He is literally 10 times above that level.

This is all if he doesn't go Great Ape which makes him 100 times above Raditz. At that level they loose control and are capable of destroying planets and civilizations in an instant which is why Frieza was so afraid of them if they got Zenkais and grouped.

It would be hard for you to believe but Great Ape Bardock is around Ginyu Level. You're going to Mid Level Namek territory now which doesn't seem good for Kakashi if that's the case.
