Rules & Regulations:
20 points for Characters
15 points for Perks
Win by Death, KO, Incapacitation
No Battlefield Removal
No Reality Warping
No Speed Stealing
Standard Summons, Constructs, or any fodder is limited to 150, cannot be stronger than Prime All Might, Cannot be amped.
Cloning Limited to 10
Time Jumping, Aging, & Remnants are allowed. Other forms of time manipulation are banned.
Marvel is 616, Allowed Pre/Post Secret Wars Feats
DC is Post-Crisis/Post-Flashpoint
Default Character and Standard Morals
Teamwork is not a factor, but Perfect teamwork is necessary for strategies incorporating that.
Character Requests:
I will allow character requests but be forewarned that there is a rather strict process for me to allow them. The first step will be to provide me with either a detailed CV respect thread or a completed CaV. Whether or not you can provide that I will consult a group of trusted CV associates who will help me determine if the request is appropriate. At the end of the day, whatever I decide is final. No arguments and no going back.
Fusion & One Universe Rules:
The Updated Fusion rule will allow you to fuse any amount of characters that are 10 points and below. Any character above 10 cannot be used as a fusion material. The fusion cannot be defused and has an unlimited length. Furthermore, the fusion's power is multiplied by the number of characters you are fusing. For example, if you are fusing three characters and the best feat among them is busting a mountain; that automatically becomes 3x that in power, so a mountain level feat becomes Multi-Mountain. The 10 and above clause cannot be broken by the One Universe Rule.
The One Universe Rule allows you to break a single main tourney rule if every one of your characters is from a single universe. So if all of your characters are from say One Piece you could break the no BFR rule and allow your team to use BFR in battle. You must have at least 2 characters to use this exploit.

@shade545: No legit, Iceman even with his Death Seed stuff is not very good at all. Idk why anyone would willingly pick him, especially when he's like 7 points worth (which is as much as Nimrod or Nova.....lol)

Like if I took Emma Frost, Kitty Pryde, and Prof X. Could I have Emma's Diamond Form, Kitty's Intangibility, and Prof X's telepathy all active at the same time?
@geekryan: You would be able to argue telepathy is active while either Diamond Form or intangibility is also active. But it does not make sense how Diamond Form and intangibility would function together when their purposes contradict (one hardens skin and increases durability, the other makes you non physical completely).
I don’t think this is an issue with rules, this is something you have the liberty to argue since you are the one who dictates how your fused character functions. But anything stated can be picked at by an opponent.

I don’t think this is an issue with rules, this is something you have the liberty to argue since you are the one who dictates how your fused character functions. But anything stated can be picked at by an opponent.
