As far as I am aware Dimaria has a 1-move win condition with her time stop. Although her attacks were not really that impressive from what I saw from the anime with all the time in the world I do not believe Grimmjow can tank Dimaria's attacks and stay alive until Dimaria runs out of Magic.
Dimaria is just an insanely bad matchup for Grimmjow and most fighters for that manner. The Stat gap should be massive between her and Grimmjow but that won't make a difference because of the haxxed nature of Dimaria's powers.
Dimaria obviously lost in her verse though. once by a similar power that operated on a similar level to Dimaria's own time magic. Dimaria's second loss was because Natsu nakama Deus Ex Machina'd Dimaria's time magic with his angry mode. Both of these Scenarios are outside of Grimmjow's arsenal. This is a lost fight from the beginning.
