Looks pretty damn powerful, but this is Broly were talking about.

R1. Anyones game really until Broly goes SSJ. I dont think broly was that powerful until he got serious so it could take a while

R2. Broly stomps. He was going toe 2 toe with gogeta and started shattering reality.

He is easily (low balled) planetary level and was said to be stronger than beerus.

Actually Amon has never specifically gone all out on his opponents. Plus he's really multiversal. That respect thread wanks him pretty bad. Devilman has conceptual existence and is capable of being non corporeal.
