I say that he stops at 5. The team just has too many heavy hitters that can overcome Despero's greatest abilities.

I was gonna put them a little Higher, But i figured that Adam would be the only true Threat to despero tbh.

@skywalker95: yeah but depending on the version Adam can solo. The only difficulty is Despero’s TP, but Cosmo and Moondragon help with that

Stops at JLA or JSA. He should take the previous rounds, as long as he keeps his distance and uses telepathy effectively.

Magik ports his head off or solos him in Limbo or Hope unleashes all of her teammates powers on him. His resistance to piercing attacks are poor and Danger can abuse that. His TP will have problems since a lot of people here have anti TP defenses.
