These never go how I think they will. While making this thread I had assumed everyone would come in here and claim Boros stomps..

Deoxys is not impressive at all compared to Boros. Don't know why people are saying he wins, unless he has better feats in the anime than in the respect thread detailing his manga feats (which I highly, highly doubt.)

@MarcZaddy: I see. I don't think he has any resistance to telepathy. Boros does have some kind of telepathy though, as he can sense strength of his opponents and knows their presence over some distance.

Round 1, probably Deoxys, but might be too close to call.

Round 2, Deoxys, too much versatility, Boros most likely gets BFRed or mind-wiped.

@cooldudeachyut: He doesn't have TP, he just sensed a large energy within Saitama. Asura Rhino also felt the same thing, does he have TP too?

@marczaddy: Maybe.

I'm not saying he has a some kind of major telepathy, just some weak telepathy like Vergil in DMC3.

@cooldudeachyut: It's not TP, that's not even how TP works. TP is the ability to read minds and attack others with pure thoughts. Sensing someone's energy is not remotely similar to TP. The most you can get from this is that Boros can sense energy, nothing else.

@marczaddy: Telepathy is more like communication between two minds over a distance, not only attacking them and all(maybe it is in Poke-verse). I think you're right about Boros not having telepathy, but I'll just rewatch the episode anyway.

In opm, the strong characters have resistant to psychic powers including telepathy. I think boros can resist deoxy telepathy and blitz him.
