(I am aware of the lack of feats for some of the characters so just use scaling and opinion, thanks)

Who wins and why?

Demigra solos via TP or BFR. He already mind controled Broly from other timeline while basically being dead, Jiren got TP'ed by Dabura already and Cumber seems to be controled by Fu and even if he isn't he has no feats to resist someone on Demigra level. If TP doesn't work he just BFRs them to Crack of Time or some isolated timeline which they have no counter for. Mira and Towa are just there to watch.

Broly is a really weird addition to team 2. Cumber is already implied to be at Vegito SSB level, and Jiren is Jiren. Broly might as well be Yamcha for this fight, lol.

Cumbers aura probably doesnt do anything to team 1. Still gonna go with Team 2 under rules.

Demigra, Mira and Towa have multiple ways to possess, weaken or even make the others kill each other, let alone also being able to take them on by magic power based on what happened at the Dark Empire Saga of Dragon Ball Heroes. It required Gogeta SSJ4 with the support of Chronoa (Time Power Unleashed) and the Time Patrollers to be able to defeat them and the Demon Realm altogether.

God broly? Never heard of him but If he’s super Saiyan god then team 2 maybe takes it. If broly is just FPSSJ then team 1 fodderize with demigra soloing.
