But base Kawaki only scales to base Boruto. And also base Kawaki is no where near the travel speed of Hokage Naruto, who greatly speedblitzed him after their first meeting. So again Kawaki reacting to delta lasers is pure Outlier and plot based considering it was for the sake of the story, and cus Kawaki is leagues weaker than delta. This is a example of a Outlier when it comes to speed

No, current Naruto is a fodder who gets blitzoneshotted by Himawari when his p1 version easily healed 64 pokes from Neji. How he got weaker (the reason), idk. Ask Kishimoto.
And it's not an "outlier" or "joke moment", it's proven by many monents, such as
- Boruto damaging fused Momo with his shitty rasengan that cannot even blow away a tree.
- Boruto being able to get close to fused Momo with his clones (not even Naruto in the immortals arc was able to do that to Kakuzu LOL)
- Boruto overwhelming fused Momo in pushing rasengans towards eachother.
- Kawaki jumping AFTER Naruto to block Delta's laser, that's not even reaction speed, that's straight up movement speed and Kawaki is superior to naruto here.

Ok, BM Naruto can still beat KCM cuz tailed beast bomb, but i was reviewing Naruto from fight against foddelta.

And the feat that proves is literally his rasenshuriken which is x10 more destructive than that shit that you'd call "lava rasenshuriken" that blew away foddelta's legs and had explosion impact level of Shikamaru's multiple explosion tag in forest, where he bodied Hidan.

Hm... now that i think about it, Delta vs Hidan would be a good fight indeed.
