if Sanji did not have that very bad personality trait where he cannot fight females he would defeat her (also saying delta can solo one piece is ridiculous, she is leagues below gear 4th boundman and all antagonists post fishman island), but Delta would stomp him normally since Sanji is useless against females once he realises who delta actually is

Delta is at least multi continent / moon lv even if you want to claim Sanji as faster It is not by a large margin to not get eventually tagged in hand to hand and he cannot get passed her regen
