Maeve stopped a train when she was a child but got injured in the process (this feat can be comparable to Hulk's leviathan feat, yes, it's ridiculous) and Homelander scales much higher to her since she said she has no chance in hell against Homelander. Again, she was a child when she did it, she should be way stronger as an adult. It was told that they tested every single weapon to Homelander and nothing worked, suggesting he can withstand nukes.

Just gonna say: Superman is 1,000 times above Homelander yet characters constantly tank his heat vision and also Deku’s faster than the eye can react so Homelander wouldn’t be able to cut him.

Deku might be faster than the eye but Homelander saved Butcher from an explosion after it was triggered while in the house where the explosion originated. He should be much much faster than FTE.

It was faulty logic to begin with homelander isn’t superman, people rank Supes heat vision cause he holds back and DOESNT KILL, homelander does.

Deku can’t react to LS anyway so he dies if homelander looks at him.

Also Homelander as already mentioned is hypersonic and would blitz deku regardless

So is deku? The Deku who moved faster than the eye could react was season 1 Deku who at the time couldn’t even handle 5 percent of his power and broke his limbs constantly.

Currently he’s Island/Mountain level and is Super sonic + but can fight Hypersonic beings.

@poedameronsbutt: I have seen nothing from Deku that suggests he can safely pull someone out of a building with an explosion originating in it without leaving a scratch on said individual. Show's good, don't think Deku is fast enough though. Homelander also recently explained he was breaking the sound barrier when he was around 10 years old.

Deku literally was the only one who was able to somewhat keep up with Endeavor and who was so fast that he was causing sonic booms and in the recent Battle Deku easily surpassed Endeavor.

Thats just one speed feat LOL.

If Deku can avoid the heat vision then he should be able to win. But Homelander's speed is comparable to other Comic Book Superman clones so I really don't think Deku has the speed needed to win. Midoriya can react to and block explosions after they've happened. But he's not moving fast enough to see them moving in slow motion like Homelander.

I would be rooting for Deku all the way though. EOS I bet Deku can take him.

What do you mean Full Cowling isn't allowed??? That's the only way Deku can use his quirk without breaking his body.

the one he used all the time is just one for all, But full cowling 100% is what he used against Overhaul and Nine.

He cant use full cowling 100%, But he can use one for all 100%.

Hes using the same thing against shigeraki it just looks different because of the extra quirks hes tapped into.

The verse is mostly made up of fodders, With only homelander and Mae being good contenders and strong enough to fight anime characters.

Also the classic Laser eyes isn’t actually how it would work.

If he were using One For All: full cowling 100% then he’d be dead

His body would probably explode with how much pressure he’s putting onto it and also he never says he’s using full cowling unlike the other times when he states it

And none of Deku’s features resembled what he looked like when he used OFA full cowling 100%

In the OP you restricted "Full Cowling". There's no mention of 100% Full Cowling in the OP. Full Cowling is Deku using One For All around his entire body, he started at 5%, then 8%, then 20%, etc etc.

@poedameronsbutt: his bodies gotten a lot stronger. Its still falling apart, but he's not weak enough to just explode.

You can see lightning crackling around his body so we know he's using full cowl. We see his eyes change,his hair and black energy start streaming off of him. The only other time we see his eyes and hair change and that much energy surround him is when he went 100% against overhaul
