Um, why not? A multi-tonner could be anything that's 2+ tons or above and Deku is definitely in that range.

Remember when Gentle Criminal had him pinned down with one steel girder? Yeah, obviously a ridiculous low showing. Yes Deku should easily be a multitonner and easily class 100+ when he's using 100%.

Yes. Striking was always far above. His lifting was inordinately weak until last arc, where towing a bus fixed that. I don't know how much that bus wait but multi-tonner isn't a question.

everything Deku does is lifting feat because his Quirk is based on Physical body, every kick and punch is brute strength which is tied to his body and scales to Lifting feats and striking, Deku is not using a magical energy to amp his Striking he is using his actual bodies Muscle and Flesh to do so.

current deku with Movie feats should be able to move or lift Billions of pounds.
