Who wins and why?

Seeing Ochako's hero name kind of threw me off a bit. Also, I'll wait for some arguments before laying down my opinion.

Ochako is basically useless here. Always thought her powers were nerfed as f. Brothers win. They could easily bind her with long ranged alchemy and duo could just tag team take team Deku

Ochako's not really useful. Midoriya probably solos given they usually go hand to hand first and earth walls wouldn't slow him down. They'd to use canons at a distance to beat him.

I'd go with Deku and Uravity. The Elrics will have a hard time tagging Deku and keeping him out.

Team 1, location favors them as Ochako could possibly pull off the same trick she used on Bakugou with Deku as a distraction.

Ochako's kind of worthless here, but Izuku can solo pretty easily with 20%.

Ochaco is more of an hindrance if anything, but deku solos.

Why do people keep saying that the Elric brothers would get one-shot. They out experience Deku by years. Deku is still prone to blades and damages and the Elrics are smart enough to figure out things mid-battle like Edward did with Greed the first time they fought. Deku is strong but the Elric twins are much stronger together. And let's face facts Ochacko does nothing here.

I like deku and ochacko planning wise and possibly teamwork wise. That might have more to do with the story telling than anything. I think a lot of what the alchemist do physically doesn't stack up well agaist deku solo and ochako would be pretty good support.

The Elric brothers struggled against Scar, who went up against tired Bradley, who could arguably beat them together.

I'll take Deku and Uravity

Uraraka is not useless here like some people are mentioning. For one she has Deku as her partner. Deku knows 100% of her capabilities. If he needs to he can easily destroy a lot of the environment which she could use as a weapon and projectile. She's also proven to be very resourceful on her own. Remember that she held her own against a Bakugo that did not hold back on her.

Other than that Deku could still solo but he won't have to with Uravity.

Deku probably wins, and could do it on his own, even. Uravity is a non-factor.
