@tonymartial: What are Shaw’s new feats?
@blackpantherisb: He had an incredibly top tier fodder/skill feat and some insane durability which puts him high up with the la peak humans now imo.
@tonymartial: Everyone playing superhuman these days! Was the action any fun to watch tho
@tonymartial: What exactly are those feats?
@blackpantherisb: The final fight is on youtube but I cant find Shaws fight. Shaw gearless in a room cleared dozens of elite mercs (who were all geared up) without being tagged.
In the final fight shaw tanked several hits from Brixton who as we know...
May.
I still think Shaw lags behind elite MCU/CW combatants in skill. His fight scene mainly involved him taking on 1 guy at a time, one after another. Eight guys total so it's a good feat, but nothing groundbreaking. May has feats against groups of fodder, superhumans, etc. that exceed it if you get into the detailed comparisons.
@1kingjerry: That wasn’t a hand to hand feat, and we have no clue how he did it. He could’ve gone through them one by one. Take Billy Russo’s feat in Punisher s1, when he escapes ANVIL. Who is out here saying that puts him above Black Widow in a gunfight, just because she never gunned down as many people in a single encounter?
@jayskee: you haven't seen Hobbs and Shaw?
Shaw has overall better skill, along with the ridiculous stat boosts he got in H&S, should give him the edge.
@the_magister: During multiple parts of that fight he engaged three or more at once, without getting tagged a single time. Not to mention that he was messing around and trying to piss off Hobbs the whole time. It's a pretty absurd skill feat. And physically he also holds a strong edge over May.
@blackpantherisb: From what I remember, it’s not on par with elite MCU fighters if you break it down. Especially once you start scaling with May and S2 Skye and stuff like that. Alisha clones can stomp SHIELD agents, Skye kept up with 5 Alisha clones, May fodderized Skye.
Shaw was taking on fodder in literal 1 by 1 fashion. He had like, seven seconds with nobody attacking him when he taunted Hobbs through the window.
Shaw does have very good stats though. F&F characters might as well be Captain America level at this point. The writers don’t take themselves seriously at all, which is great.
@anthp2000: Hobbs beats your favourite characters and eats them for breakfast.
Taking on featless, statementless, unestablished fodder one at a time isn't impressive and DEFINITELY not top tier.
@supremegeneration: You really don’t think highly of Shaw’s skill, do you?

He's obviously skilled, I just think it's overblown to high hell. I have him above DCEU Battrash, for example.
May wins.
I’d back Shaw consistently at this point. His physicals are borderline super-soldier-level, and his skill isn’t far off from hers.
The power creep of the F&F characters is something serious. They might as well be super soldiers for what they do and withstand. They recieved supposed death levels electricity and still fought at peak performance and showed 0 sign of it slowing them down at all. They also routinely clear rooms full of enemies untouched so I'd back Shaw for the majority both rounds

Yeah, agreed. Un-enhanced street-levelers shouldn't be walking away from this unscathed. I mean, he basically just walked it off after this. He fell through glass legs first from up high, and it wasn't like he landed on top of Brixton either when hitting the car.
