@blackwind: Ok ok ill switch it to somewhere else
uuhhh....
Magic ninja who keeps up with someone who moves faster than sound... or Deathstroke...
Maybe Deathstroke!
Just kidding, Zabuza slams a water dragon into his face. Or just silent kills Deathstroke.
Yeah. He can do it. Kakashi's sensory is far superior to Deathstroke's and he had to use smell just to stay alive.
@boringperson: Hidden mist jutsu is out so no silent killing but i will clarify that in OP, and deathstroke DOES have a healing factor and better armour and is by no means a shoddy swordsman

Silent killing isn't a tech... it's part of a skill set of making literally no sound.
The pictured is Arkham Deathstroke, his healing factor is not confirmed and his armor is worthless against the Kubikiribouchou which would just splatter him anyways.
If this is New 52 Deathstroke or Pre 52 or even composite, he still loses because he's slower and can't stop Zabuza from retreating and using water techs...
Even composite Deathstroke and no jutsu Zabuza probably ends in Zabuza winning due to speed.
I'm a huge Deathstroke fanboy here, he's just out of his league vs a solid mid-tier like Zabuza.
@boringperson: how powerful are his water techs? also deathstroke isn't just going to stand here. iirc, zabs water tech should be building level dc at most. ds durability should be able to tank. he wasn't that impressive. pretty much just a human who could move water
@kuroimugetsu: Zabuza isn't "just a human who can move water".
