Deathstroke vs General Grievous

Arrow version of Deathstroke, movie version of General Grievous. Deathstroke has his armor, Mirakuru, standard gear, and is also wielding a darksaber (shown in picture below). General Grievous is only armed with an electrostaff. Fight is to the death and it takes place on the platform where Obi-Wan killed Grievous. Who wins and why?

With his sabers... I can't imagine Deathstroke being fast enough to block sabers simultaneously from four directions at almost imperceptible speeds. I'm sure that Jedi senses/ precog is a big part in being able to take on a foe as fast and ferocious as Grievous (Something that Deathstroke doesn't have)

With the electrostaff its marginally closer, but I'd still give Grievous the win due to his superior strength and speed

Grevious wins with little effort

Given the OP I think Slade can win.

Grievous wins without much of a problem.
