Slade gets 2.5 years of prep, the Avengers gets 12 hours of prep.

The Avengers consists of Captain America, Iron Man, Ant-Man (Hank Pym), Wasp, Vision, Scarlet Witch (not HOM), Black Widow, Spider-Man, Mockingbird, Hawkeye, Thor, Hulk and Captain Marvel.

Slade is bloodlusted, while the Avengers are not.

Who wins?

Doesn't matter how much prep Slade has, he still gets stomped into oblivion.

@pipxeroth: well with prep Slade took down the JLA when they got powerful heroes like Green Lantern Kyle Rayner, Flash Wally West, Zatanna, Black Canary, Hawkman, Green Arrow, etc.

Slade gets stomped royally, even if you remove Hulk and Thor. Guys like these two and Iron Man stomp him regardless of prep.

That issue had extraordinarily bad writing. Slade was able to tag Flash, casually stopped GLs punch with his fist, was able to see Atom and defeated him with laser, and a bunch of other shit that is completely inconsistent with all of the characters involved.

Iron Man with 12 Hours of prep beats Slade.

Does slade have ikon suit?

they also didn't use their powers to the fullest so that could happen. they all could ko him before his brain could process a thought to activate any plan really. slade would get turned to paste. he could use that prep time to make sure that he has his insurance paid up.

Slade gets curb stomped.

do the avengers really need 12 hours of prep for slade? all they really need to know is that there is a street level villain coming to take care of them. once they are aware of him, slade loses any advantage that had.

Even with the Ikon suit, Hulk or Thor can just throw him into the moon or Tony could BFR him into the negative zone.

@brucerogers: Ikon suit doesn't protect against energy attacks either, only physical ones. So he'd still be one shot by Iron Man, Thor, Captain Marvel, or Scarlet Witch regardless.

Honestly, the problem with prep battles like this with this much prep is that you cant tell what will happen. In the comics, with years worth of prep, Slade can do whatever the writers want him to do. That much time is enough to do anything for a prep master like him.

So the answer to: can he win with this much prep is yes, no, and maybe. If the story calls for it, then yes. As far as feats, Slade can take the JLA with prep, so...

Slade has never taken on the JLA with prep. The closest he has come to doing that was in Identity Crisis which was chock full of bad writing and plot devices and even that was just against a small faction of them. If anything goes, Tony can just bring one of his sky father tussling armours and blow Slade to smithereens. That's the problem with prep battles.

The only way Slade can win this is with truckloads of PIS and plot armour.

Slade loses even with his Ikon suit+Godslayer sword.. Since OP didn't specify the versions, I'm assuming composite. WB Hulk alone would kill him

Thats a lot of time for Slade to prepare. Iirc he did steal Flash speed power in way less than that, and combined with his Ikon suit and godkiller sword that will make an extremely powerful Deathstroke.

Not saying he will surely take down these Avengers but he will surely have a good shot at it, and I mean he alone and ignoring that he might even find or manage to hire some help for this in all that time.
