Death is going all out on Galactus, and they both will have knowledge on each other. Both are bloodlust, and there will be different battles. Winner by any means(Death, K.O, incapacitation, BFR, etc./anything) .

Battles:

1. Death vs. Starving Galactus

2. Death vs Half fed Galactus

3. Death vs. Near full power Galactus.

Battle location is on Mustafar

Is Galactus above death in the Marvel Universe? If not I see no reason he should win here. Death from Supernatural said he was capable of smiting God.

@the_real_seaman: If the Supernatural world is anywhere near the same size and scale of our world I'd say that Daeth stomps due to being an omnipotent entitiy, that being said Death has some obvious weaknesses and can be binded and trapped, things which normal omnipotents don't adhere to. We've never seen Death or God from Supernatural exhibit any galactic level feats.

Round 1: Death

Round 2: Galactus

Round 3: Galactus in a stomp, a full power Galactus is said to be on par with Eternity.

The only supposedly universal feats in Supernatural are the pocket universes Archangel Gabriel created. However, there is no reason to believe that they were full sized universes and seemed more like a virtual reality type scenario with the people being NPCs rather than real people.

Vulture was said to 'do anything', can he beat galactus?

The answer to both is no.

@princearagorn1: No. The answer is unknowable. Do not act like Galactus is above weaponry(especially a mystical one). It's beginning to feel like people think Galactus is TOAA on here. If Death wants Galactus dead. He's dead. If he needs flashy feats to back that up, then of course he's not gonna win. Death has only shown one weakness on the show and that is being bound by a magical spell. Anybody that tries that now will die before they start(his words). Last time I checked Galactus wasn't using incantations and magic. Death is more about statements than feats. So in the feats game he loses. By his statements and his role in the universe he should win.

These are pretty much all the relevant clips of Death. He has a few more appearances but those are just in the episode where he lets Dean take on the mantle of Death for a day.

...that pretty much sums up the problem you're having. Of course he needs feats to back it up. Supernatural version of death didn't do anything that says it could fight silver surfer, really.

Galactus wins all rounds via feats. Until Death actually kills God in Supernatural (and thats not happening).

Or galactus TP's him into killing himself. Galactus is strong enough to blow up planets, death has no showings of even affecting someone at that level.

Omnipotent characters relative to the Marvel universe (where statements literally most of the time don`t matter or mean much) but against Death the conditions, circumstances and context is much different.

Well, death should be Omniscient on current affairs and he can use his scythe to kill anything, Including Galactus, he is as old as god and will in the end outlive the entire universe. His weakness is apparent, but the question is would Galactus know of it. If he would he would win with ease, if he wouldnt then death could reap his soul

Death stomps.

And no, he isn't on pair with God, he's above, since he said that he can kill him.

People say that they are equals, because Death said that he doesn't remembre which one its older.

I cant remember Death being hurt by any physical or energy attacks. He would not get killed by any amount of power that way.

I understand your point but for the understanding of this specific matchup between Galactus and Death the nature in interpreting Death`s ability to win in the outcome would be to decipher statements surrounding his character.

He doesn't have even one showing saying he can surive a planet-destroying attack, so he dies.

But going by statements, death is still weaker than an omnipotent - which galactus has beaten before.

@princearagorn1: Your logic is flawed. Heavily flawed at that. He doesnt need the showing for that... Yahwe in DC never had a showing of surviving attacks either and yet we all know that he wouldnt be phased by one. He is Death. He has never been shown to take dmg from physical attacks. Amping up the magnitude will not help your argument

Yahweh is hierarchially above characters that can take planet busting attacks. Death, on the other hand, has nothing backing the argument of him surviving a blast capable of levelling planets.

Death explicitly said himself that he will one day reap God (who is omnipotent within the Supernatural universe) so going by that statement we know that when it comes to the cosmic balance, he would have to respectfully be above Galactus and when did Galactus exactly fight an omnipotent character? Because even going by non-canon at best he took on a nigh omnipotent in the form of the Living Tribunal.

Plot mainly. Best in-universe reason, cause he is really arrogant and did not realize he was in trouble till he was out of time. Against Death he knows what he is up against before, because he knows his own universes version.

Dont take that necessarily at face value (Death > God), but rather that God allows to get reaped by Death because that is something mumbojumbo cosmic balance/rebirth of the Universe etc etc.

For the intention of the show, God is indeed all powerful as confirmed by the characters associated with him also due to the simple fact that he`s the Christian God specifically.

It`s different with Odin because the way he was described as being omnipotent was by those who were significantly lesser than he was and by feats he`s nowhere near that level. The same exact thing could be said for Marvel Hell-Lords during the time in which they are present within their realms. Also Galactus beating Odin doesn`t mean much in regards to him facing Death in this unique scenario.

Odin was confirmed omnipotent by the author, as well as a character.

Galactus beating odin matters because when we go by statements, odin = omnipotent >> Any statement death can muster.

When? In a handbook? On-panel? Because that still doesn`t make him omnipotent especially since there are MANY writers for Odin.

No it doesn`t because he beat a weaker character and Odin`s character isn`t composed of statements in the same way or vein in which I am describing Death also that fight which is intermixed with story specific elements has no bearing on this specialized-scenario based matchup. And I think Death likening himself to God is far more impressive than Galactus simply beating Odin considering God>>>Galactus when it comes to being a overall cosmic force on the food chain.
