Carl was clearly pissed off and wasn't holding back, Hunter landed more hits on Creel, dodged some of his hits, visibly staggers him, showed some impressive improvisational ability and durability tanking a hit from his metal arm and Hunter lasted just as long as Floyd did against Batman

yea...you make this sound a lot more impressive than it actually was and by "several" you mean two after already losing the fight. Hunter took on better fodder objectively and actually won
but give Deadshot a single other feat and he's probably superior to him already.
what the hell? Give anyone more feats they're obviously gonna be better if Hunter and Bobbi's mini-series actually happened I imagine he'll be on a tier close to Coulson
Based on feats both of these guys have Hunter destroys him and its not close
