Deadpool vs Sabretooth(With Adamantium)

Tell me who and why.

DP. His healing factor is intense and he's an excellent fighter. Sabretooth can be whupped by Wolverine, and Deadpool's pretty good compared to Wolverine (not gonna say who's better).

Why does adamantium matter here though? It's not like it gives whoever has it an extra edge, because neither of them use armor.
