Anybody who knows deadpool's back story knows that he has hulk's same healing abilities, plus his teleportation device, plus he is an expert marksman means he would win
Deadpool's a complicated character, and I think people on this site REALLY, REALLY underestimate him. He's crazy, and he's rarely ever in the fighting mindset. If we took his insanity out of the equation, he'd be regarded a lot higher in skillset and power levels. In terms of skill, Deadpool is a 6 out of 7 on the scale of fighting ability. That means that he knows a lot of martial arts and combat techniques. Does that make him in the same league as Batman? No, but it would make him able to hold his own against him, like he's done in the past with people like Wolverine and Cap. Deadpool is also superhuman in terms of speed and agility, and of course, his healing. Also one of the reasons why Deadpool wouldn't beat Batman, I think, is because he wouldn't think Batman as a threat, because again, he's crazy. So i think Batman could beat regular old Deadpool, but if you took away his insanity, he would be someone who is as skilled as Wolverine who can't die and can move quicker than Batman can.

Deadpool is essentialy immortal. You cant kill him, but you can cut off his head and keep it from his body so he cant fight. He is also batman and captain america level fighting skill, and is one of the best marksmans in the marvel universe. His teleportation would keeo batman on his toes and any hits he landed would heal immediatly, he can regenerate from a cell for goodnes sakes!

Batman can beat him if it is just skill but deadpool literally has anything at his disposal to get the job done.. He breaks the 4th wall so he can literally pull out anything he needs... In a random encounter Bruce has no chance but with prep and knowing he has to knock him quickly then he could do some damage.. Btw the prep would mean that deadpool knows nothing about the attack and has no interest in bruce.. If wade is set out to kill batman then its over he will eventually die....

True that and just to start crap off all you Batman fan boys Batman lose majority of his fights without prep which includes the justice league Spider-man hell even C characters like Black Canary could beat him in a random encounter all she'd have to do is scream so Deadpool would own him.
@chaos911: yeah, i just thought it was funny. i doubt Bats would ever do something like that though. he would just tie DP up or something if he got the right opportunity.
i'm leaning towards deadpool.... that guy beat captain america few times, when he got serious and deadpool has actual super strength..... i saw him jumping onto buildings, casually throwing people around and stopping helicopters from flying away
