Way I see it
Steel beats robotman -stronger and more durable
Arrow beats Nightwing - more feats and superior durability
Vixen beats Beastboy - not limited to a lion only as yet
Likewise
Cyborg beats Atom (via hack)
Raven beats Zari
Starfire beats Hawkgirl
Ralph vs Rita should be interesting. Can go either way but leans to Ralph due to better control and more durability
Firestorm vs Larry is also very hard to call Larry is the only onenwhonhas done damage to Mr Nobody (if only briefly when they were inside the donkey)
Flex and Vibe should also be interesting, will they match vibrational waves
That leaves Barry vs Jane. Only makes sense since they're the heavy hitters on both sides. Post season 1 barry would blitz but I can see certain of her personalities giving season 1 a decent fight.
