@blackestnight93: NP.
DC/Marvel low-high street level 2 vs 2 Tournament (Completed)
@darthjhawk: I think Damian can beat Jason in the rebirth. It already has happened when he was 10 now he's 13.
@imspitterman: Can you point me to those issues/scans? Trying to get more knowledgable on all of the Bat-family. Plus that sounds like it may have been Pre-Flaspoint, and Jason has significantly improved in the Post-Flashpoint/Rebirth landscape
@imspitterman: wait are you talking about from Batman and Robin #11? Because he caught an exhausted Jason by surprise and Jason himself said he was holding back. I wouldn't say that is convincing enough to show that Damien could beat him.
@darthjhawk: He could be referring to the writing travesty that happened during Robin War, in which Damian one shots Jason and Tim Drake back to back...it's about as legitimate as Jason one-shotting Lady Shiva imo
@blackestnight93: Ah I see. Yeah I didn't like that moment much
@darthjhawk: not many did. Nobody around here really takes that showing seriously, at least from what I've seen
@blackestnight93: Gotcha. I also felt like Jason one-shotting Shiva wasn't the best in terms of not being PIS either. It is however, one of his best skill feats in the current DC landscape though since IIRC he used a move that Shiva herself taught him, and she wasn't expecting him to do it.
@darthjhawk: No I was talking about Robin War (2016). (BTW this doesn't mean I don't love Jason!)
Wait the hell up, Jason one shotting Shiva?
back in RHAO vol 1. He took her down with a nerve strike she taught him in one move.

Yup. And, as I thought, that was the showing he was referring to.
@imspitterman: @blackestnight93: Yep and don't get me wrong I'm not trying to lowball Damian here. But I don't really see that showing as more than plot-induced for Duke to get his moment in the sun to say "I'm not Robin" There should have been no way for Duke to keep up with Damian for as long as he did, after Damian one-shots Jason and Tim, both much better fighter than Duke.
@anthp2000: Don't worry I hadn't planned to use that in our CAV unless I got really desperate lol
IIRC, there was also a statement from the author or something similar of Jason taking advantage of Shiva's confidence or something.

Bad writing is bad. That's simply the way I look at it. For both of those instances, naturally
@darthjhawk: Yeah but he sorta one-shotted Duke first and also in previous issues he beat their entire army But yeah I completely agree that Duke is the weakest one! I just think that although Jason is much stronger, Damian is more skilled and faster. Those traits could get him the upper hand. But that's just my opinion. (no hard feelings!)
@imspitterman: Nah no hard feelings from my end. IMO I think Jason is at least as fast and skilled, or close enough where it won't make a huge difference. But agree to disagree I guess.
@darthjhawk: Damian is far more skilled than Jason and even has more experience. In post new-52 Jason met Batman when he was 16 and died when he was 17 so he trained with Batman for a year and then was trained by Talia for about a year or so and now he is 21/22 so he's been doing this for 8 years while Damian has been training since he was 3 or maybe younger with Ra's and Talia and probably other people for 8 years and has trained with Batman and Nightwing for 4 years so that makes it 12 years and due to his frame he is faster and stealthier than Jason.
@imspitterman: Whoa my man, did you forget the years Jason studied with the All-Caste and League of Assassins. Trained by both Bronze Tiger and Lady Shiva. Both of whom have taken on and defeated Bruce. I don't think the skill gap is as wide as you're making it out to be.
New 52 Shiva isn't as nearly as impressive as Post-Crisis Shiva. Rebirth Shiva is in the middle, but her showing is pretty weird and inconsistent. Shiva at her best is on the same level as Batman skill wise (she is just lacking his gear, versatility, intellect and stats, even tho that wasn't really a problem for her in their fights), meaning she should be more than capable of taking Jason down quickly when it comes to overall skill contest. Although I still don't understand her why is she so overhyped to the point that she can stomp Captain America and Daredevil or beat Wolverine.

When has Bronze Tiger bested Batman post flashpoint? The only showings I've read of him have both been loses for him. One to a younger, weakened Deathstroke in his second solo series post flashpoint, and the other is part of a team loss against Midnighter during Grayson

It was from Batman (2016) #9:
Now they are friends/allies, so they didn't take this all the way, but Bruce outright admits that BT is faster than he is.
@darthjhawk: Oh yeah, I recall seeing that scan months ago. Though I thought it played out differently for some reason. Makes Slade beating his ass while weakened all the better then.
@krleavenger: I kinda did because he really didn't stay that long with the league (probably less than a year) so I don't think he really finished his training or even went through a lot. and on another note so did Tim but that doesn't make him more skilled.Tom king ranked Jason lower than Damian and he still has 4 years more experience than Jason and Jason has never beaten him. But everyone is entitled to their opinion and I respect that.
@blackestnight93: Nah, right after, he recruits Punch, Jewel, and Catwoman for his little Suicide Squad to go after Bane and Psycho Pirate.
@darthjhawk: Good stuff

Yeah like you said, makes Deathstroke beating him all the better.

Team 7 wins a close one 7-5
Next up:
Team 6 will start in the middle
VS Team 3:
Team DC is not coming close to beating T'Challa, especially not with Frank helping him, and he can at least occupy Deadshot or Ra's since he already faced more dangerous opponents than those two and they had trouble taking him down.
Deadshot beats Frank, but I don't think either Ra's or Lawton can handle T'Challa. T'Challa more then likely carries, unless I'm missing something
Nah you are right.
Team 6
I love me some Deadshot, but BP is my favorite marvel hero. There is no way either is beating T'challa. Team 6 FTW.
