ik but tbh for a flash villain he is along with rouges are kinda fodder to him i mean a bloodlusted flash could kill them straight away

I think it would depend on where the battle is taking place on.. let's say in the ocean. Team two have a fighting chance since they both can manipulate the ocean and then weather, fair fight..

But then isnt Maxina a telepath? Idk how powerful her telepathy is but if she is powerful enough to manipulate their minds and shut them down then team one..
