Island level, massively hypersonic and can phase like the Flash but it's a bit of a strain to pull it off
Yeah Dean Cain takes this.
@ejorpsnruter: island level ?
@ejorpsnruter: island level ?
Someone told me that over Discord. I honestly do not know Dean Cain Superman.

I was a kid when I was watching the show(around 11 or 12) so I may not remember everything, but I wouldn't really call him island level(maybe small island). But it's already been posted, the episode where he had to stop a meteor from destroying earth, by hitting it at his top speed he would achieve a 50 megaton explosive force. And that actually doesn't work the first time. The first time he hits the meteor he fails to destroy it and is knocked back to earth losing his memory. The second time he hits it, he breaks right through.
L&C has this in a stomp really. It wasn't quite as OP as the late Smallville versions, but some of the feats in there put that superman as probably my pick under them for live action, maybe short of time travelling superman reeve :)
But easily over DCEU. At the present time, unless they give him some buff in the next movie with him in the series.

No ,he destroyed most of the asteroid which was 17 miles size to a 3 mile size size.
Second time he didn't destroy it , he stopped it and pushed back.

You may be right, as I mentioned when I watched the show I was around 11 or 12 so I may be remembering the exact details wrong. I just remembered the first time he failed and the second time he succeeded.
@rr79: Just curious, because I haven’t watched the show, but is destroying the meteor consistent to his other showings?

It is probably his highest showing, but he was pretty powerful in the show. I would have to go back and watch it again to remember specific examples of his strength.
He is the only live action Superman I have seen with the ability to phase though. And he did it through kryptonite bars. He was also intelligent enough to figure out a way to have his heat vision strike two places(miles apart) at the exact same time. Unfortunately it's been nearly 20 years since I watched the show so remembering specifics isn't easy.
I did find this scene from the very first episode though:
@rr79: dceu could do the same thing
