Thor has been damaged, pierced, cut with many other objects whereas Superman is only shown damage in presence of Kryptonite and same kind of ionized radiation. So no, it won't do anything to him.

Thor is not more durable and stop bringing Neutron Star thing, he literally got revived by Stormbreaker with the help of Eitri and Groot. It wasn't his own power that saved him like Superman with his own solar non-ionized radiation feeding powers.

Also summoning your own lightning doesn't mean you are immune to any form of electricity.

@chazzer: Thor did get cut by standard Asgardian metals while Wonder Woman's sword and Aquaman's new trident is made by materials that belongs to real Gods ( also sword is forged by a God ) not some pro-claimed aliens who call themself Gods and sometimes just basically denies being a God.

Also it is clearly stated Superman was not dead that is why they were able to "Jump start" his body, not revive him like Stormbreaker did to Thor.
