Dceu Superman vs MCU Thanos (without gauntlet)

I don't think Superman can even harm Thanos but Thanos won't be able to harm Superman unless their speed was equalized.

Unless Endgame shows something drastically different with Thanos, he stands no chance of beating Clark in any way, their physicals as well as speed are on different levels.

Superman is way to fast, and way to powerful for Thanos.

What? Tagging Superman isn't a feat; Everybody tags him, heck, Batman dodged Doomsday better than Supes did. Speed isn't agility, it isn't skill neither.

At the moment this stop being a race, Supes is toast.

Supes did not tag flash because flash is just as fast if not faster. Thanos is not just as fast, Thanos is a statue.

Yes, real, consistent speedsters like the Flash are faster than Supes. But even they can't stop time; If a guy is able to block/dodge an energy beam, then logically he should be able to react to a speedster as well. Reflexes are a universal kind of speed that are common enough among CBCs to survive the first shot aimed at them. Even cowboys in the old movies had them.
