Why is Hulk running like a speedster?

@brucerogers: long story short he fought a speedster and his body (probably something to do with gamma energy) absorbed energy from the speedster. He basically speed stole but the speedster wasn’t affected so more like speed copy. The speedster turned hulk into a gamma bomb and at the end of the episode hulk released the energy and blew up a portion of an island that KOd him and Hyperion

And in that second clip he was even faster as everything is frozen around them
