These are what their best "Street Levellers"/low-mid tier can do regarding physical strength and speed (creating building size shockwaves with attack and low level speedster). The high tier like Thor can cause tsunamis that destroy cities just by punching from as island in the middle of the Pacific ocean, or tank hits that crack the surface of the moon. And Hulk can lift New York, pull tectonic plates together, tanks island destroying explosion with him at ground zero
