Would've said Vision but after all that jobbing in Infinity War, I'm gonna say Steppenwolf.

Still Steppenwolf. Vision isn't really impressive. Also he has Never Used his Phasing on Someone as Durable as Steppenwolf.

Visión has a lot of potential but hasn't proven yet to be able to live up to it.

In theory he should be able to defeat Steppy, but in theory communism works.

Vision at full potential and making wise use of his abilities, wins. But in character he would probably jobb.

Mind stone beam does not have many impressive feats

I recall it destroying a building but so did hv and Steppenwolf tanked it after a getting a beating

Wolf was hurt by HV. Therefore Vision wins.

@darkthunder: The Mind Stone emits Gamma rays, enough to melt any organic matter in the universe. Vision can also go intangible and troll Steppen.

@hulk_like_fire: give me feats because that logic won't work. Parademons were biting him and dealing peircing damage. For all we know mind stone=hv unless u can give me feats for the stone. I am no Steppenwolf fan but stalemate is the only outcome I can see

Vision has his powerful phasing ability plus his mind stone beam can destroy buildings and melt Vibranium.

I'd say that's far better than what Steppenwolf's weak axe that failed to cut Amazons can do.

Also, Vision is stronger scaling off Ultron / Thor.

Steppenwolf destroys the fodder.

Vision should win due to phasing . Not sure whether he is strong enough to harm Steppenwolf's internal organs , but given by the Russos' statements ( who said he was in the same tier as Thor or Hulk ) and his deleted scene , he should definitely be capable .

We have seen that Vision's mind stone with help was able to melt Ultron's very thick and durable body.

Steppenwolf was screaming in pain and was hurt by HV, therefore a Mind stone beam blasts should be able to hurt him due to having the feats on par or superior to HV.

Steppenwolf has no win condition due to Vision's intangibility and Vibranium high quality metal body.

And yes the wolf does not have win conditions but even doesn't have those

Yes, but in term of heat and energy. I think that the mind stone beam can hurt him, Wolf was hurt and screaming in pain by a single heat vision blast.

So I think by implications and logic/versatility, Vision should win.
