Hulk is literally an out of control rage monster, this becomes really apparent when he fights Thanos. He totally lacks focus and his attacks are juvenile.
Nam-Ek on the other hand is trained, skilled, knows what he's doing and really strong. He may not be as heavy as Hulk but he'll totally blitz Hulk and he'll relentlessly keep attacking Hulk. MCU always had bad showings of blitzing capabilities. One of the few things DCEU got right is to properly show blitzes. Hulk can never in a million year tag Nam-Ek and doesn't have the anger to win this. Nam-Ek stomps.
