Namek one shots, I recall him tossing a truck across town, and catching the IG wasn’t that impressive, Thanos was more surprised by Caps tenacity than his strength. Namek wins due to vastly superior strength and durability

@mr_shazam0920: Kryptonians are much stronger than a super soldier and could undoubtedly replicate Cap’s IG feat with ease.
