Clark is way too fast for him. Nothing is said about Morals off other so it's not like Vision's gonna phase through him.

How? Flash is arguably a little slower than Pietro but it's not that far from what we've seen. Pietro still got tagged by a bullet. Barry is already moving fast enough to make him hard to follow (scene where he's fully suited up) and that part with the Batarang is impressive enough. Not only is it clear that Barry wasn't using his full power but let's break it down. Well actually I'm too lazy to so just read this.

QS got tagged by bullet when he wasn't seeing a bullet fired behind him. Since bullets are supersonic, he couldn;t hear it being fired either.

And the other time, he HAD to get tagged if he wanted to save hawkeye and the kid. He literally moved 10x the distance bullets moved, wrapped himself around the kid and hawkeye, got hit by bullets and then carried them to some safe place. All this happened before hawkeye could even process a thought.

In that case, you could argue that he could've grabbed them while running at something like mach 20 & ran away, but the impact of 70 kg QS at mach 20 is hundreds or even thousands of times more powerful than a 100g bullet at mach 3-4.

Also, Barry's scene with batarang is same as QS's scene with a bullet. So far, Flash is not even in QS's league (although that will likely change when JL comes around)

In the one scene where he's watching a bullet rise from the glass floor, the sound of the gunshot reaches his position before the bullet does and that's what made him react. In the other scenes he's actually hit by bullets you see a bullet moving much faster than he is, and another it looks like he's only moving faster than the gun itself and not the bullets. And even Hawkeye had the time to react but not move, and Quicksilver only pushed them away. However he still beats Flash as of now. Then he gets killed by Deadshot, Superman, Wonder Woman, Katana, Enchantress, or Boomerang (maybe).

Actually I wasn't really talking about that part. I was talking about when a stray bullet from a cop hit him. In his defense I haven't seen Aou in awhile. But the fact still remains that Barry was moving too fast to follow. Only reason you could make out where he was was because of the lighting and speed force affect. And the batarang part is only scratching the surface only a reflex and definetly not close to what he could do going full out. WIth QS though Cap, Hawkeye, Ultron, etc. were still able to make out blurs.

Ehh I disagree with using the entire JL roster. Cyborg has zero feats. Flash has a few feats but not enough to be equal or faster than Quicksilver. Aquaman might be pretty durable and powerful. IIRC someone figured out how deep he was in BvS and calced his durability. That stated I think Superman and WW will win the fight and it's pretty much them vs the Avengers. The Suicide Squad will only make things a little better for team DCEU whereas the Guardians don't bring that much to the table. Rocket is their biggest x-factor.

Either way, I was really disappointed by Suicide Squad. Looks like they cut Waaaaay too much while editing.

True, Flash time traveled but we don't have much else to go on; like how easy is it for him to time travel. He definitely moves faster than non-speedsters and kryptonians but I'm just not sure about MCU quicksilver as of yet. As of right now CW Barry has better feats. I do not recall Drax no-selling auto. gun fire. I'll need to rewatch GoTG this week.
