With PIS/CIS not being a factor, Justice League wins. With morals on Superman would try to knock everyone out immediately using his superior speed. He wouldn’t know how durable each person is, so he would only KO Strange with the first hit. He’d take into account Iron Man’s armor and only hit him hard enough to take him out momentarily as he has experience with Batman in a suit of armor. With Thor he probably wouldn’t do much at all with the first hit since he doesn’t know how hard he has to hit. The fight would continue and with Strange KOed either Thor or Iron Man would get double teamed. The fight would only last longer because of morals and no one wanting to kill. Superman would just dodge everything, Diana can easily block but Aquaman would probably get taken out. Superman would likely try to rip off Iron Mans armor if he didn’t choose to at the start. In fact, Superman could use his X-ray vision to analyze his opponents at the beginning and he’d notice that Strange is just human and Iron Man is a human in armor, and Thor he may or may not be able to tell isn’t human. In general with morals on, they will test each other first, which will draw out the battle but with superior speed and numbers JL will win.
With morals off Superman one-shots Strange, Iron Man will be easy to deal with too by punching his armor off and killing him before it comes back, punching straight through the armor, using heat vision on the face mask, etc. then Superman would probably try to neck snap Thor, or take WW’s sword and stab him, or restrain him for WW to stab, or take Arthur’s trident, or take SB from Thor and kill him with it.
