It seems that flash phased through it,not crashed through it. There's a hole there but you can't just speculate that flash went through it as we didn't get the chance to see the details about whether the hole was there the whole time or not from the camera angle. As of now it's stated that flash phased through it, so i'm gonna go with that.

First of all he's straight out very durable. Maybe it's because of his suit, IDK but Steppenwolf ragdolls him onto the walls of the reator, in the last action sequence of JL and Flash is basically just fine after that. Also Flash went through multiple Parademons, disintegrating them and Parademons are superhuman although Quicksilver did the same thing against Ultron bots. And as pointed out in a gif by another user, he broke through the walls of the Kryptonian Scout Ship which was durable enough to go through multiple skyscrapers without a scratch. I think Flash has legitimately better durability than Quicksilver.
Regarding speed, he should be much faster too. Batman said that Flash's suit is made up of the same materials as the ablative tiles of reentry shields in spacecraft. That means the friction when he runs is fast enough to generate the typ of heat that requires such cutting edge technology which further means he is somewhere around Mach 15-25 range because that's the speed which generates such heat and requires ablative tiles. Also from scaling, he's much faster than Diana who is fast enough in combat to see assault rifle bullets in slow motion. The muzzle velocity in these rifles range from transonic to supersonic. Quicksilver's combat speed is comparable to Diana because he sees slower handgun bullets in a similar manner. Flash is definitely faster and more durable. Their offensive power is also on Flash's favour because he can generate lightning unlike Quicksilver.
