I wanna say Thor but then I remember Adam easily busted several dozen cubic feet of solid rock just after waking up.

Gonna go with stalemate for now but leaning Thor. The problem is the most of Thor's best energy projection feats are not him just shooting lightning from his hands or weapons, it is him channeling the lightning into something like the ice on Jotunheim or using it to amp his strikes.
