Still would win Vision can just tamper with his organs or just stay intangible. Plus Vision can increase his destiny, so he could potentially make himself stronger than Supes, or hard enough to break Supes fist.
Tony has no clue Clark is weak to Kyrptoite and would at best be able to get kyrptonite placed onto his armur. Clark can still just ram into him and high speeds.
Batman knows all about kryptonite and what Team MCU could potentially do with it. He can just fit Clark with a lead suit during prep, then sit back while Superman steamrolls Vision and Tony.
Team mcu doesnt even need krypt. For the record, prepped stark may have more than 10 suits and each of them with specialized gadgets or specifications. That's only stark, in team mcu there will be FRIDAY and VISION who are super computers. Team dceu only has batman for prep, and prepped batman was doing really bad against superman. He was heavily relying on krypt and lead, two of superman's wekanesses and even then was very difficult to beat. He also got those two informations and things because lex luthor tricked him. Superman is the only threat and he will be beaten by both iron man and VISION
Supes died without krypt involved, the same way zod died. A lethal blow that can overcome their durability can instantly kill kryptonians. Vision has that, iron man with prep will have that. That's not taking account what they can plan out with 3 super minds.
When did DCEU Superman die without Kryptonite involved? Zod died because someone on his own level of power was able to overcome his amazing durability and muscle strength with enough torque to twist and snap his neck. Vision, nor any Iron Man suit in Tony's arsenal including the Hulkbuster suit have the strength feats necessary to move the neck of a Clark that doesn't want it to move.
Before you want to prove to me that they can hurt Clark, which they cant, you need to prove that any of them can survive more than 1 hit from him to begin with. They're outclassed in every aspect of physicals.
Tony at his best made a suit to eventually overpower Hulk and even then had to have backup for spare parts nearby because he knew Hulk would shred it to pieces. A suit that big and clunky sacrifices the speed he already didn't have with any previous suits to keep up with Clark and as shown does not have anything near the strength of even the weakest Kryptonian.
